NOVELTY - A high-permeability and high-barrier polylactic acid material comprises 70-95 wt.% polylactic acid matrix resin, 0.1-1 wt.% nucleating agent, 5-30 wt.% temperature resistance modifier, and the polylactic acid matrix resin includes L-polylactic acid, right-handed polylactic acid and meso-polylactic acid where the mass ratio is 1:0.1-0.5:0.5-1. USE - High permeability and high barrier polylactic acid material. ADVANTAGE - The material increases the crystallinity and crystallization rate of polylactic acid by adding a composite core nucleating agent, makes the crystal structure more delicate and uniform, and reduces the influence of the crystal structure on the transparency of the product. The material adds and introduces the non-shaped polyamide PA6I/6T and PLA for blending which improves the temperature resistance and barrier properties of the polylactic acid material without affecting the transparency.
