NOVELTY - Preparation of functional graphene solution (I) involves preparing functional graphene slurry containing 20-40 pts. wt. solvent chosen from N-methyl pyrrolidone, dimethylformamide, alcohol and water, 50-100 pts. wt. graphene, 5-40 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 1-10 pts. wt. titanium dioxide nanopowder and 5-20 pts. wt. phosphoric acid, performing freezing and vacuum drying to produce aerogel containing functional graphene particles between pores, adding gel into the solvent, irradiating with pulsed laser, removing impurities, and peeling off high-quality and uniform functional graphene. USE - Preparation of functional graphene solution for preparing solution used for manufacturing inkjet inks for high-functional graphene products including electronic components, solar panel and heat sinks (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The functional graphene solution having high quality is produced efficiently. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of functional graphene solution (II) obtained by adding nano wire chosen from silver nano wire, copper nano wire, germanium nano wire, silicon nano wire, zinc oxide nano wire, gallium nitride nano wire and titanium dioxide nano wire to solution (I); (2) preparation of inkjet inks; and (3) high-functional graphene product.
