NOVELTY - Nanocomposite has a polymer molecules assembled into an aggregate and a boron-doped graphene quantum dots located inside the aggregate. USE - The nanocomposite is used for preparing pharmaceutical carrier for penetrating tumor such as brain tumor (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the (i) taking the nanocomposite, and (ii) applying a magnetic field of 50-600 kHz to the nanocomposite and inducing its disintegration.
