The master batch comprises 5-6 pts. wt. nanometer superconducting carbon black, 5-8 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride, 3-4 pts. wt. graphene, 6-8 pts. wt. modified organic montmorillonite, 5-6 pts. wt. ultra-fine capsules of red phosphorus, 10-15 pts. wt. nano magnesium hydroxide, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide, 0.5-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1 pt. wt. white carbon black, and 2-3 pts. wt. high molecular polyethylene wax. USE - Nanocomposite graphene-modified idler antistatic flame-retardant material used in a pipe such as coal mine belt conveyor. ADVANTAGE - The method is convenient and practical and environment-friendly without using large amount of solvent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing nanocomposite graphene-modified idler antistatic flame-retardant material, which involves putting 5-6 pts. wt. nano superconducting carbon black into reaction kettle at 85℃ for 1 hour, adding titanate coupling agent under stirring at high speed for 15 minutes, adding 1% aluminate coupling agent at 110℃ under stirring for 15 minutes to obtain modified carbon black, adding 3-4 pts. wt. graphene and aluminate coupling agent to the reaction kettle at 110℃ to obtain modified graphene, mixing the obtained modified carbon black at a high speed with the macromolecular polyethylene wax to obtain a mixture, grafting 5-8 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene with maleic anhydride, 6-8 pts. wt. modified organic montmorillonite, 5-6 pts. wt. ultra-fine capsule red phosphorus, 10-15 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide, 0.5-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1 pt. wt. white carbon black, 2 pts. wt. high molecular polyethylene wax, and the obtained mixture under stirring at a high speed for 15 minutes to obtain an antistatic flame retardant masterbatch, mixing the antistatic flame retardant masterbatch with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene for 20 minutes to obtain a material mixture, and extruding the material mixture on a single-screw extruder.
