NOVELTY - Production of graphene-polyaniline-based composite solid electrolytic capacitor involves dissolving graphene oxide in water to obtain graphene oxide aqueous solution, adding acid and aniline monomer, stirring to obtain graphene oxide/aniline dispersion liquid (A), adding ammonium sulfate to obtain dispersion liquid (B), immersing a core material into the liquid (A), carrying out electrochemical polymerization at predetermined temperature, then immersing in dispersion liquid (B), carrying out electrochemical polymerization, drying, packaging in aluminum shell, sealing and aging. USE - Production of graphene-polyaniline-based composite solid electrolytic capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of graphene-polyaniline-based composite solid electrolytic capacitor having low equivalent series resistance and leakage electric current, and high reliability.
