NOVELTY - Magnetic nanocellulose-carbon composite airgel, comprises matrix graphene airgel and doped magnetic nanocellulose. The composition of magnetic nanocellulose includes carrier nanocellulose and loaded magnetic nanoparticles. USE - The magnetic nanocellulose-carbon composite airgel is useful for electromagnetic wave absorbing material (claimed) and electromagnetic shielding, flame retardant and heat insulation and strain sensing fields. ADVANTAGE - The magnetic nanocellulose-carbon composite airgel: has high compressive strength, excellent impedance matching, and excellent wave-absorbing performance. The preparation method has simple process and mild reaction conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of magnetic nanocellulose-carbon composite airgel, comprising loading magnetic nanoparticles on surface of nanocellulose to make magnetic nanocellulose, dispersing graphene oxide and magnetic nanocellulose with water, adding reducing agent for heating reduction, freezing, thawing, washing and drying to obtain final product.
