NOVELTY - Aqueous composite coating material comprises component A comprising 50-60 pts. wt. hydroxy acrylic resin dispersion, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. BKY-024(Silicone-based defoamer), 0.3-0.4 pts. wt. BKY-348leveling agent, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. TEGO Dispers 760 W(Non-ionic wetting and dispersing additive), 1.5-2 pts. wt. Texanol(2,2,4-Trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol monoisobutyrate) film-forming aid, 0.1-0.15 pts. wt. imidazole fungicide, 0.5-0.6 pts. wt. Rheolate 420(Economical and versatile alkali swellable thickener), 15-20 pts. wt. titanium dioxide pigment, 2-3 pts. wt. ACEMATT OK 500(Wax-treated, medium particle sized precipitated silica) matting powder, and 15-20 pts. wt. modified graphene suspension, component B comprising 18-20 pts. wt. isocyanate curing agent, 15-20 wt.% modified graphene suspension containing rich double bond sulfonyl modified graphene, 1-2 wt.% surfactant and deionized water. USE - The aqueous composite coating material is useful for coating a metal surface. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous composite coating material has highly compatible and dispersed electrografted modified graphene, which significantly improves corrosion resistance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Aqueous composite coating material comprises component A comprising 50-60 pts. wt. hydroxy acrylic resin dispersion, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. BKY-024(Silicone-based defoamer), 0.3-0.4 pts. wt. BKY-348leveling agent, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. TEGO Dispers 760 W(Non-ionic wetting and dispersing additive), 1.5-2 pts. wt. Texanol(2,2,4-Trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol monoisobutyrate) film-forming aid, 0.1-0.15 pts. wt. imidazole fungicide, 0.5-0.6 pts. wt. Rheolate 420(Economical and versatile alkali swellable thickener), 15-20 pts. wt. titanium dioxide pigment, 2-3 pts. wt. ACEMATT OK 500(Wax-treated, medium particle sized precipitated silica) matting powder, and 15-20 pts. wt. modified graphene suspension, component B comprising 18-20 pts. wt. isocyanate curing agent, 15-20 wt.% modified graphene suspension containing rich double bond sulfonyl modified graphene, 1-2 wt.% surfactant and deionized water, where the surfactant is Pluronic P123(Difunctional block copolymer surfactant). The preparation of the modified graphene suspension is as follows: (1) carrying out surface pretreatment of commercially available graphene, (2) placing the graphene suspension in the anode chamber of the electrolytic cell containing the diaphragm, stirring, providing platinum sheet as the anode and carbon rod as the cathode, performing constant voltage or constant current electrochemical purification treatment, where the constant voltage is 1.5-3V constant voltage treatment for 15-17 minutes, or carrying out 0.5-2mA constant current treatment for 17-19 minutes, where the temperature is 30-35℃, and the stirring speed is 800-900 revolutions/minute, (3) turning off the power of the electrolytic cell, turning on the ultrasonic breaker, placing the ultrasonic vibrating rod of the ultrasonic breaker in the anode chamber, where the ultrasonic frequency is 5000-6000Hz, and the ultrasonic time is 1-2 minutes, (4) repeating steps (2) and (3) multiple times, (5) dissolving 1-2mmol 4-methylbenzenesulfonyl hydrazide in methanol solvent, adding 10-13 wt.% tetrabutylammonium iodide, 5-10ml saturated ammonium carbonate, and 7-10g purified graphene suspension, using potassium hydroxide to adjust the pH to 8-9, where the electrochemical conditions are 40-50mA, the time is 4-5 hours, and the temperature is 25-30℃, and (6) post-processing.
