NOVELTY - Preparation of AB-stacked bilayer graphene involves performing chemical deposition on a copper foil using solid or liquid hydrocarbon as carbon source under atmospheric pressure, and controlling volatilization of carbon source on the copper foil surface using inert carrier gas having high hydrogen partial pressure. USE - Preparation of AB-stacked bilayer graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides AB-stacked bilayer graphene with high quality, monocrystal field-effect carrier mobility of 5300 cm2v-1second-1 by simple, environmentally-friendly and economical process.
