▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The process involves placing a nanolayer (9), where underside of the nanolayer adheres to an initial substrate (6). Liquid (13) is contained in a receptacle (8), and an interior face of the nanolayer comprises a hydrophilic, electrically charged coating (11). The nanolayer is separated from the initial substrate. The liquid is removed until the nanolayer is deposited on a final substrate (14). USE - Process for transferring nanolayers of material e.g. graphene, boron nitride and disulfuro of molybdenum. ADVANTAGE - The process enables transferring nanolayers of materials to arbitrary, flexible or rigid final substrates without damage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) an equipment for transferring nanolayers (2) a final substrate. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of elements that take part in a nanolayers transferring process.'(Drawing includes non-English language text)' Initial substrate (6) Receptacle (8) Nanolayer (9) Hydrophilic electrically charged coating (11) Liquid (13) Final substrate (14)
