▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing multilayer graphene reinforced aluminum-based composite material comprises (i) mixing modified multilayer graphene and metal aluminum powder in ball mill, and ball milling under protection of argon to obtain mixed material, (ii) placing mixed material in mold, and hot pressing, where modified multilayer graphene is prepared by (a) mixing boric acid, pentaerythritol and glacial acetic acid in flask, and forming mixed solution A, (b) mixing yttrium isopropoxide and tantalum ethylate in ethanol, stirring to form uniform solution, and removing ethanol under reduced pressure to form mixture B, (c) adding oleic acid into solution A, adding mixture B, and stirring to form mixed solution C, (d) adding activated multilayer graphene powder into mixed solution C, and forming mixed solution D, (e) heating mixed solution D to obtain mixture E, and (f) crushing mixture E into small particles, ball milling and using inert gas as protective gas, heating, crushing and sieving. USE - The method is useful for preparing multilayer graphene reinforced aluminum-based composite material used in automobile, aerospace, electronic and optical instruments. ADVANTAGE - The material: improves the compatibility between the graphene material and the aluminum powder; has excellent mechanical properties; reduces agglomeration of the graphene; enhances the interface bonding of the metal aluminum, so that the graphene of metal aluminum is enhanced; and reduces tantalum yttrium boride generated by graphene.
