▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The film has a graphene covered on an upper surface of a silver film, where the silver film is provided with multiple through hole structures. The through hole structures are arranged in a matrix, where through hole structure is a circular through hole or a regular polygon through hole. The through hole structures are arranged in grid shape, where shape of each through hole structure is formed in regular polygon shape and thickness of the silver film is about 70-90nm and thickness of the graphene is not more than 10nm. A substrate layer is located on a lower surface of the silver film. USE - Graphene and silver based flexible composite film for use as thermoelectric material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has better mechanical performance and light transmittance such that the composite film and optoelectronic material can be compounded into a photo-thermo electric material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene and silver based flexible composite film preparation method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a micrograph of a silver micron grid.
