NOVELTY - Grounded flexible cable comprises aluminum alloy rod (101) and copper strip (102). The sheath portion covers outside of conductor portion. The conductor portion is twisted by composite strands. The composite strand is formed by twisting strands. The strand is twisted by monofilaments. The monofilament is made by stretching processing of aluminum alloy rod and copper strip. The copper strip covers outside of aluminum alloy rod. USE - Grounded flexible cable. ADVANTAGE - The conductor portion has low density, high strength, high flexibility, and high creep resistance. The grounded flexible cable has light weight and high flexibility compared with conventional copper materials, saves costs and improves convenience of operation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for processing grounded flexible cable comprising covering copper strip with aluminum alloy rod to obtain copper-clad aluminum alloy wire, producing monofilament with preset diameter through wire drawing machine, performing high temperature annealing and softening on monofilament at 500-600 degrees C, cooling by natural cold water, blow drying to complete annealing process, twisting monofilaments to form strand, twisting strands to form composite strand, twisting composite strands to form conductor portion, squeezing outer peripheral portion of conductor portion and arranging by screw device.
