NOVELTY - Processing and molding corrosion-resistant screw, comprises (i) adding CH38F wire into hanging furnace, heating, maintaining temperature, and cooling to room temperature with furnace to obtain pretreated CH38F wire, (ii) immersing pretreated CH38F wire in acid solution, taking out, and washing with water, (iii) adding wire processed in step (ii) into cold heading machine to be shaped to obtain head and shaft of screw, (iv) rubbing thread on shaft of screw by thread rolling machine, and rubbing thread repeatedly for 2-3 times to obtain pre-treating screws, (v) heating pre-treating screw, maintaining temperature, cooling, heating, tempering, and cooling to room temperature to obtain intermediate treating screw, (vi) washing intermediate treating screw with distilled water for 3-4 times, drying, and dipping dried intermediate treating screws in corrosion-resistant coating, and (vii) removing intermediate treating screws of step (vi) from corrosion-resistant coating, and drying. USE - The corrosion-resistant screw is useful in ships (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The screw: has corrosion resistance, and high strength.
