NOVELTY - Graphene oxide modified diaphragm comprises base film and graphene oxide composite layer coated on surface of the base film. The method for preparing graphene oxide modified diaphragm involves adding graphene oxide into organic solvent, stirring ultrasonically to disperse uniformly to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding certain amount of diamine monomer at room temperature, stirring to make it completely dissolved, adding polypropylene into solution based on certain amount, reacting for 1-10 hours at room temperature, preparing to obtain graphene oxide composite solution, uniformly coating prepared graphene oxide composite solution on surface of base film, and drying to obtain graphene oxide modified diaphragm. USE - Graphene oxide modified diaphragm used as lithium ion transmission channel. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide modified diaphragm has improved heat resistance, mechanical strength, effectively prevent battery from overheating and cause short circuits, and reduce explosion of battery, improve wettability of diaphragm, increases lithium ion conductivity of diaphragm, and composite coating contains a large amount of polypropylene improves interface compatibility with polyolefin base film.
