NOVELTY - Preparing Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) composite film, comprises (1) casting the TPU cast film onto the PTFE base film, and hot-compressing the two, and forming composite base film A, where the raw materials for preparing the TPU casting film include polyether TPU particles with a moisture permeability of ≮ 10000 g/(m2/24 hours), and (2) heating the composite base film A and performing stretching treatment, where the longitudinal stretching ratio is 5-10 times, and the transverse stretching ratio is 5-50 times, and heating and shaping, and cooling and obtaining a PTFE and TPU composite film with a film thickness of 0.01-0.05 mm. USE - The method is useful for preparing polytetrafluoroethylene and thermoplastic polyurethane composite film. ADVANTAGE - The method is green and environmentally friendly, has high economic benefit and low production cost, and is simple and excellent.
