NOVELTY - Carbon fibre composite conductive paper comprises 55-95.9 wt% matrix fire, 2-37.5 wt.% chopped carbon fire, 0.2-2 wt.% graphene mixture, 0.1-0.5 wt.% of dispersant and 1.8-5 wt.% of hot-melt adhesive fibre. USE - Carbon fibre composite conductive paper. ADVANTAGE - The carbon fibre composite conductive paper effectively overcomes the problem that the electric heating material prepared by the existing conductive paper has uneven heating surfac,e too large temperature difference, unstable heating performance, low service life, low infrared radiation rate and so on. The carbon fibre composite conductive paper is widely applied to all kinds of planar far infrared electric heating elements. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the carbon fibre composite conductive paper, involving: a. pulping the base fire, putting the base body long fibre into the pulping machine, soaking for 15-30min by hot water of 35-60 starting the beater for pulping the pulping time is 30-90min; b. putting the base short fibre into the pulping machine; c. soaking for 15 -30min by hot water of 35-60, starting the beater for pulping for 20-60min, and pulping the base body long fibre and base short fibre to grind slurry; d. performing water-dispersible sizing treatment to the carbon fibre monofilament, and sizing agent is aqueous emulsion of surfactant and dispersant the surfactant is one or combination of polyethylene glycol or polyacrylamide, and sizing the carbon fibre for drying treatment; e. subjecting water-dispersible chopped carbon fiber to water-phase treatment by weighing the water dispersible chopped carbon fibre with the length of 2-3mm and 4mm according to the proportion respectively; f. injecting clean water into the high speed stirrer; g. starting the high speed stirrer 400-800r/min; h. putting the dispersant into the funnel and putting the dispersant in the funnel at the upper portion of the water pipe with uniform speed; i. making the dispersant uniformly flow into the high speed stirrer with clean water to carry out dispersant homogenization treatment, and the homogenizing time is 10-30min; j. adding the water dispersible chopped carbon fibre with the length of 2mm; k. putting the water dispersible chopped carbon fibre with the length of 4mm; l. preparing graphene mixture and matrix fibre mixed slurry; m. preparing graphene mixture and matrix long fibre mixed slurry and weighing the weight of the graphene mixture according to the weight percentage of the matrix long fibre in the matrix fibre; n. weighing the weight of the hot-melt adhesive fibre according to the weight percentage of the base long fibre; o. pumping the base body long fibre into the homogenizer the homogenizer rotating speed 600-1000r/min; p. putting the steam pipe into the homogenizer for heating the mixed solution; q. introducing the melting bonding fibre into the steam heating homogenizer steam heating time is 10-20min, where the highest temperature of the steam heating mixed solution is not more than 65 degrees centigrade; r. obtaining the graphene mixture and matrix long fibre mixed slurry; . preparing mixed slurry of graphene mixture and matrix short fibre; t. weighing the weight of the graphene mixture according to the weight percentage of the base short fibre in the base fibre; u. weighing the weight of the hot-melt adhesive fibre according to the weight percentage of the base short fibre in the base fibre; v. pumping the matrix short fibre into the homogenizer, where the homogenizer rotating speed 600-1000r/min; w. pouring the graphene mixture into the homogenize; x. obtaining the mixed slurry of graphene mixture and matrix short fibre, and when preparing the graphene mixture and matrix fibre mixed slurry graphene mixture is mainly composed of graphene and graphite, the grain diameter of graphene and graphite is micron level, the hot-melt fibre can effectively adhere the graphene and graphite to the long fibre or short fibre of the base fibre; y. ensuring the conductive paper to form stable three-dimensional conductive filling network structure, pumping the mixed slurry into the mixed slurry tank, starting the mixed slurry homogenizer 600-1000r/min; and z. obtaining the carbon fibre composite conductive paper by the rotary screen paper machine through the wet papermaking technique.
