NOVELTY - A sulfonated graphene polyaniline composite electrode material preparing method involves uniformly dispersing sulfonated graphene in deionized water. Sulfonated polyaniline graphene composite material is prepared, followed by preparing composite electrode by dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride solution in N- methylpyrrolidone to prepare solution, at a mass ratio of the sulfonated polyaniline graphene composite material: acetylene black: polyvinylidene fluoride of 80: (10-15) :(10-5), homogeneously grinding in an agate mortar, coating slurry on collector and drying. USE - Method for preparing sulfonated graphene polyaniline composite electrode material for super capacitor electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent rate capability, good cycle stability, and higher capacitance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A sulfonated graphene polyaniline composite electrode material preparing method involves uniformly dispersing sulfonated graphene in deionized water. Sulfonated polyaniline graphene composite material is prepared by adding aniline monomer with uniform dispersion, continue to ultrasonic dispersion, and constant stirring under ice-cooling, dropwise adding aqueous ammonium sulfate solution for 0.5-1 hours, reaction is continued under ice for 4-6 hours, washing and drying after the polymerization, to obtain graphene composite material, followed by preparing composite electrode by dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride solution in N- methylpyrrolidone to prepare concentration of 50-100 mg/ml of solution, at a mass ratio of the sulfonated polyaniline graphene composite material: acetylene black: polyvinylidene fluoride of 80: (10-15) :(10-5) corresponding to the ratio of the amount of substance taken separately, homogeneously grinding in an agate mortar, coating slurry on a current collector and drying stainless steel sheet, to obtain product.
