NOVELTY - Preparation of impact-resistant thermal conductive aluminum alloy-carbon fiber-graphene laminate, involves performing surface treatment on aluminum alloy plate, thermally treating graphene film surface, laying epoxy resin film and graphene thermal conduction film in layers, surface treating aluminum alloy plate, epoxy resin film and graphene thermal conduction film in multiple layers, laying the finished laminate into vulcanizing machine, curing graphene thermal conductive film-epoxy film, carbon fiber prepreg curing and aluminum alloy and aging the product. USE - Method for preparing impact-resistant thermal conductive aluminum alloy-carbon fiber-graphene laminate for use in electronic product. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of impact-resistant thermal conductive aluminum alloy-carbon fiber-graphene laminate with stable performance and excellent inter-layer performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing impact-resistant thermal conductive aluminum alloy-carbon fiber-graphene laminate, involves (1) performing different surface treatment on the inside and outside surfaces of the aluminum alloy plate, carrying out thermal treatment of the graphene film surface, (2) laying epoxy resin film and graphene thermal conduction film in layers, after the surface treatment of the aluminum alloy plate, (2) carrying out surface treatment of aluminum alloy plate, epoxy resin film and graphene thermal conduction film in multiple layers, where the lamination sequence is aluminum alloy/carbon fiber prepreg/epoxy resin film/graphene thermal conduction film /epoxy resin film/carbon fiber prepreg/aluminum alloy, forming laminated structure composed of two layers of aluminum alloy, two layers of carbon fiber prepreg and graphene thermal conduction film, (3) laying the finished laminate into vulcanizing machine, using pre-heating system to heat the laminate to cure the graphene thermal conductive film-epoxy film, carbon fiber prepreg curing and aluminum alloy, aging at required temperature and insulation pressure, simultaneously aging epoxy curing and aluminum alloy and forming aluminum alloy-carbon fiber-graphene laminate.
