NOVELTY - Steel structure bridge paint comprises pigment paste, the pigment paste includes rust-proof pigment, heat-reflective titanium dioxide and heat-reflective toner; where, the rust-proof pigment is chromate pigment, lead series, borate, molybdate and/or phosphate; the heat-reflective toner is pigment with high near-infrared reflectance including metal or metal oxide. USE - Used as steel structure bridge paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint: is coated on steel structure bridges, which can prevent corrosion and reduce the problems of large or fast temperature changes while playing a decorative role, improving the safety of steel structure bridges and prolonging steel structure bridge service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the steel structure bridge paint comprising preparing the pigment paste, the preparation method of the pigment paste comprises adding 20-30 pts. wt. deionized water into first container; adding 0.15-0.3 pts. wt. defoaming agent and 0.60-1.2 pts. wt. dispersant into the first container under stirring,; after the defoaming agent and dispersant are evenly stirred, adding 20-30 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 15-20 pts. wt. mica iron oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc phosphate, 5-10 pts. wt. heat-reflective titanium dioxide, 6-10 pts. wt. rust-proof pigment, 5-8 pts. wt. heat-reflective toner, 8-10 pts. wt. thermally conductive filler, continuously stirring to stir until uniform.
