▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite latex thread comprises (i) hydroxylating the surface of the graphene and mixing the processed graphene with a certain concentration of surfactant into the latex to obtain a graphene composite latex; (ii) stirring the obtained graphene composite latex with pigments, reinforcing agents, accelerators and the vulcanizing agent in the tank, homogenizing, filtering and passing through the extrusion pipe to set the extrusion pressure to control the diameter of the latex wire to obtain the graphene composite latex wire; and (iii) drying the formed graphene composite latex thread and subjecting to a banding and vulcanization process. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composite latex thread. ADVANTAGE - The method: can produce graphene/latex composite material with better graphene dispersibility with more active points on the surface of hydroxylated graphene thus improves the degree of vulcanization and stability of the mechanical properties.
