NOVELTY - Preparing graphene infrared stealth fabric comprises (i) mixing graphene and diethylene glycol butyl ether, stirring in a stirrer with a rotating speed of 3500-3600 revolutions/minute, mixing the mixed solution with resin, adjusting the rotating speed to 700-800 revolutions/minute, and stirring to obtain graphene slurry, (ii) mixing MXene with water to obtain solution, evenly mixing solution with the adhesive, adding 3-3.5 wt.% thickener, and stirring for 0.5-1 hours, (iii) placing the fabric in an alkaline solution of 6-6.5 g/l sodium carbonate+15-15.5 g/l sodium hydroxide at 75℃ for 30 minutes, rinsing with water to neutral, and drying in an oven at 65℃, and performing plasma treatment for 24 hours, and (iv) using flat screen printing machine to coat the configured graphene slurry and MXene slurry on the fabric, drying at 180-185℃, carrying out MXene slurry coating, and drying at 180-185℃ to obtain infrared stealth fabric. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene infrared stealth fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method uses MXene material with high specific surface area and high electrical conductivity of graphene, has extremely low infrared emissivity, which can effectively shield the infrared rays emitted by the human body, and is very good infrared stealth material. The zipper is covered by the door to prevent good heat conductors e.g. metal buttons and zippers from absorbing human body heat and emitting infrared rays outward, which plays double insurance role.
