NOVELTY - The blade has a blade main body formed with multiple radiating holes to form an annular structure. The radiating holes are covered with a composite film. The composite film is provided with a base layer, a graphene layer and water absorbing resin layer, where thickness of the Graphene layer is about 1-2 m and thickness of the water-absorbing resin layer is 10 m. USE - Solar battery plate blade for cutting device. ADVANTAGE - The blade has prolonged service life, and realizes radiating process in effective manner during a cutting process, avoids deformation caused by high temperature, prevents the radiating holes from moisture and rust through the water absorbing resin layer and avoids rustiness of the blade main body.
