NOVELTY - Graphene cable comprises a conductor which is provided with insulating layer. The insulating layer comprises 50-80 parts mass polyethylene, 28-32 parts mass perchloroethylene resin, 10-20 parts mass styrene-butadiene rubber, 3-6 parts mass tetraethyl orthosilicate, 2-8 parts mass tert-butyl hydroquinone, 10-20 parts mass cyanoethyl cellulose, 8-10 parts mass methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, 26-30 parts mass sepiolite powder, 24-28 parts mass titanium nitride powder, 26-30 parts mass silica powder, 24-28 parts mass calcium fluoride powder, 10-16 parts mass graphene, 16-20 parts mass trioctyl phosphate, 16-20 parts mass diethylene glycol, 2-4 parts mass sulfonated castor oil, 0.16-0.32 part mass sulfur, 3-10 parts mass methyl ketene and 2-8 parts mass guar gum. USE - As graphene cable. ADVANTAGE - The method suppresses space charge in insulating layer to effectively prevent breakdown failure, and improve the tensile strength and elongation at break. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene cable, involving (i) mixing polyethylene, styrene butadiene rubber, tetraethyl orthosilicate, cyanoethyl cellulose, sepiolite powder, titanium nitride powder, silicon dioxide powder, calcium fluoride powder, trioctyl phosphate and diethylene glycol, ultrasonically dispersing at a power of 20-40 kHz and high-speed of 5000-55400 rpm for 30-60 minutes, (ii) adding perchloroethylene resin, tert-butylhydroquinone, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate and graphene, ultrasonically dispersing at a power of 20-35 kHz at a high-speed of 4800-5200 rpm for 30-50 minutes, (iii) adding sulfonated castor oil, sulfur, methyl ketene and guar gum, ultrasonically dispersing at power of 20-30 kHz and high-speed of 4600-4800 rpm for 20-40 minutes, and uniformly mixing to prepare a mixed material, and (v) carrying out hot melting on the obtained mixed material at 290-300 degrees C, extruding and forming equipment through a cable, extruding the cable, carrying out water cooling at room temperature, and drying at 60-70 degrees C to obtain the product.
