▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Adhesive tape comprises polyvinyl chloride adhesive tape whose back part is coated with rubber type pressure-sensitive adhesive and has the total thickness of 0.05-1 mm, adhesion to steel plate 0.39-0.98oz./mm, adhesive to tape base 0.39-0.98oz./mm, the maximum elongation is 100-200% and the breaking strength is 0.47-0.63lbs/mm. The front surface of polyvinyl chloride adhesive tape is sprayed with a layer of graphene modified coating. The coating comprises polyurethane resin, graphene, iron oxide black, functional additives and deionized water and he content of each component is X, Y, Z, R and T. USE - The adhesive tape is useful for strengthening graphene modified laser shock (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The adhesive tape increases the laser absorption rate through the graphene-modified coating; improves the damage of the laser induced plasma shock wave by the polyvinyl chloride tape substrate with excellent comprehensive mechanical property; transmits more impact force so as to generate residual compressive stress layer with higher amplitude and deeper layer on the surface of the component; has higher laser energy utilization rate and lower tape breakage rate than traditional black tape and improves the uniformity of laser shock strengthening. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - X+Y+Z+R+T = 1; X = 50-70%; Y = 0.1-5%; Z = 10-30%; R = 1-10%; and T = 0-20% An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing adhesive tape comprising (a) fixing the polyvinyl chloride tape with a length of 2m and a width of 1m, keeping it flat, (b) adding the graphene into deionized water to form graphene slurry, ultrasonically dispersing the iron oxide black in the graphene slurry uniformly, adding the mixed slurry into the aqueous polyurethane resin emulsion, dispersing uniformly at high speed, adding functional auxiliary agent, dispersing uniformly to prepare coating, (c) uniformly coating the coating on the prepared polyvinyl chloride tape at a flow rate of 10-500ml/minute, where the distance between the surface of the spray gun and the polyvinyl chloride tape is 10-30cm, drying, where the thickness of the coating is 20-200 microns and (d) cutting the adhesive tape into the needed size according to the size of the surface area of the part to be impacted and reinforced by the laser.
