NOVELTY - The graphene-modified magnetic composite comprises 40-50 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 20-25 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, 10-20 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene emulsion, 5-10 pts. wt. styrene-acrylonitrile-glycidyl methacrylate copolymer, 0.01-0.05 pts. wt. butylphenylphosphonium bromide, 5-10 pts. wt. a composite filler, 15-30 pts. wt. magnetic composite material, graphene quantum dot and porous graphene. The magnetic composite material comprises graphene or iron oxide powder and multi-walled carbon nanotube or neodymium iron boron powder in a weight ratio of 3:2. USE - Graphene-modified magnetic composite. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified magnetic composite has excellent mechanical properties and magnetic properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The graphene-modified magnetic composite comprises 40-50 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 20-25 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, 10-20 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene emulsion, 5-10 pts. wt. styrene-acrylonitrile-glycidyl methacrylate copolymer, 0.01-0.05 pts. wt. butylphenylphosphonium bromide, 5-10 pts. wt. a composite filler, 15-30 pts. wt. magnetic composite material, graphene quantum dot and porous graphene. The magnetic composite material comprises graphene or iron oxide powder and multi-walled carbon nanotube or neodymium iron boron powder in a weight ratio of 3:2. The composite filler comprises graphene or silicon dioxide composite filler and graphene or calcium carbonate. The graphene-modified magnetic composite is prepared by crushing polylactic acid raw materials into 300 meshes powder, dispersing in pure water under ultrasonic condition for 1 hour, and then washing and drying to give pretreated polylactic acid. The composite filler is placed in pure water, organic solvents and polylactic acid solution under ultrasonic stirring for 30-60 minutes to prepare filler masterbatch. The magnetic composite material is dispersed in pure water by ultrasonic dispersion to give magnetic composite solution. The resulting mixture is sent to a rotary nozzle spray drier for spray drying at 185 degrees C to obtain graphite dilute masterbatch. The formed filler masterbatch, the magnetic powder masterbatch, graphite dilute masterbatch, and styrene-acrylonitrile-propylene nitrile-glycidyl methacrylate copolymer are co-extruded at 185 degrees C in a twin-screw extruder to prepare the graphene-modified magnetic composite.
