USE - Method for processing polyethylene bellows for vehicle exhaust flexible pipe. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical processing of polyethylene bellows with high productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for processing polyethylene bellows involves mixing evenly 45 wt.% polyethylene, 5 wt.% bisphenol A type polycarbonate, 5 wt.% polypropylene, 5 wt.% compatibilizer, 3 wt.% rigid masterbatch, 2 wt.% antioxidant, 5 wt.% light stabilizer, 5 wt.% graphene, 5 wt.% silane coupling agent, 2 wt.% 3-acetylamino-5-methylisoxazole with 3 wt.% light shielding agent, heating, melting, feeding the molten material to twin-screw extrusion granulator, extruding and granulating at 265 degrees C in first-second temperature zone, 275 degrees C in third-fourth temperature zone, 285 degrees C in fifth and sixth temperature zone, 305 degrees C in seventh-eighth temperature zone and 310 degrees C in ninth-tenth temperature zone, molding at 100 degrees C, maintaining screw speed at 310 rpm, pelletizing at 15 times/minute, cooling to room temperature, adding 15% engineering plastics, blending, granulating, heating and melting, feeding the obtained materials to twin-screw extrusion granulator, granulating, extruding and granulating at 265 degrees C in first-second temperature zone, 275 degrees C in third-fourth temperature zone, 285 degrees C in fifth-sixth temperature zone, 305 degrees C in seventh-eighth temperature zone and 310 degrees C in ninth-tenth temperature zone, molding at 100 degrees C, discharging and cooling to room temperature to obtain injected plastic particles, transferring the injected plastic particles to corrugated pipe, heating at 200 degrees C for 3 hours and natural cooling to obtain final product.
