▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A slow-release hydrogel wound dressing comprises hydrogel, halloysite nanotubes, phase change materials, drugs, and photothermal conversion materials comprising organic photosensitizers or two-dimensional photothermal conversion materials. USE - The slow-release hydrogel wound dressing is used for wound healing. ADVANTAGE - The slow-release hydrogel has excellent biocompatibility and provides a moist environment for wound healing. The drug in the hydrogel is released from the hydrogel to slow down the inflammatory response during the wound healing period and avoids the bacterial infection, and accelerating wound healing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the slow-release hydrogel wound dressing comprising dispersing halloysite nanotubes and phase change materials (PCM), adding drug, and adding dispersed photothermal conversion materials, using the negative pressure of the vacuum pump to load phase change materials, drugs and photothermal conversion materials to halloysite nanotubes, and washing, resuspending, and centrifuging to obtain drug-loaded halloysite nanotubes, and mixing the drug-loaded halloysite nanotubes with the hydrogel precursor, where, when the photothermal conversion material is a two-dimensional photothermal conversion material, adding in the above-mentioned manner or directly adding to the water in the gel precursor.
