NOVELTY - Preparing alkaline zinc-manganese battery involves mixing and preparing cleaning medium, negative electrode and standing, heating after standing. The manganese powder, carbon powder, electrolytic manganese dioxide, calcium stearate and barium sulfate are crushed after stirring and mixing to obtain dry mixed material. The polytetrafluoroethylene and ethylene carbonate is orderly added in dry mixed material to stir to obtain wet mixed material. The wet mixed material is pressed into positive electrode material. USE - Method for preparing alkaline zinc-manganese battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to have improved storage performance and high temperature leak-proof performance, larger specific surface area, higher negative electrode, small electrochemical impedance, good discharge performance and quake-proof property, timely removes zinc oxide in the zinc powder, changes state of the surface powder, and reduces internal resistance.
