NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene quantum dots, involves ultrasonically dispersing 0.1-5 g soybean powder in 0.1-2 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution for 30-60 minutes, transferring the obtained dispersion to a PTFE-lined reactor, placing the reactor in an oven, reacting for 1-3 hours at 150-250 degrees C, pouring the obtained mixed solution, centrifuging at 10000-20000 rpm, dialyzing, and filtering. USE - Preparation of graphene quantum dots. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of graphene quantum dots having uniform size, excellent water solubility, and stable fluorescent performance.
