▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A composite flame retardant tunnel waterproof board comprises 35-40 pts. wt. high density polyethylene, 25-30 pts. wt. metallocene polyethylene, 20-15 pts. wt. linear low density polyethylene, 2-3 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin, 10-15 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide/aluminum hydroxide-graphene oxide composite flame retardant, and 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Composite flame retardant tunnel waterproof board. ADVANTAGE - The waterproof board comprising flame retardant has two-dimensional sheet structure of magnesium hydroxide/aluminum hydroxide and graphene oxide which is superimposed to form a dense physical insulation layer thereby improving the flame retardance of the board. The sheet structure in the flame retardant divides polymer resin into multiple cells which effectively reduces the internal stress and consumes fracture energy of the board. The waterproof board has excellent material flexibility, tensile properties and tear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite flame retardant tunnel waterproof board, which involves mixing magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, graphene oxide and carrier resin in a mixing chamber for 0.5 hours, heating the mixture at 180-210 degrees C, kneading the mixture, extruding the mixture through a pressing mechanism, cooling and slicing to obtain composite flame retardant, mixing high density polyethylene, metallocene polyethylene (MDPE), linear low density polyethylene, obtained composite flame retardant granules, maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin and anti-oxidant in a mixing chamber for 0.5 hours, heating the mixture at 180-210 degrees C and plasticizing through a screw extruder grinding head, rolling the waterproof board to 1.0-1.5 mm thickness using three-roller machine, cooling, shaping, drawing and packing.
