▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-toughened polypropylene random copolymer composite comprises a polypropylene random copolymer and paper ball-like graphene microspheres obtained by folding a single layer of graphene sheet. The graphene microspheres have diameter of 500 nm to 5 mu m, density of 0.2-0.4 g/cm3, carbon and oxygen ratio of 20-60, and specific surface area of less than 200 m2/g. USE - Graphene-toughened polypropylene random copolymer composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-toughened polypropylene random copolymer composite has wide application range, and has improved low-temperature cold brittleness, elongation at break and impact strength, due to the presence of graphene microspheres as toughening modifier. The graphene microspheres have excellent flexibility and dispersibility in the polypropylene random copolymer matrix, and can absorb the stress similar to the elastic particles, thereby improving the toughness of the graphene-toughened polypropylene random copolymer composite.
