▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Multilayer ceramic capacitor of graphene outer electrode structure comprises a ceramic body having a multilayered structure in which a dielectric layer and an internal electrode are laminated, and an external electrode formed at both side ends of the ceramic body and electrically connected to an internal electrode. The external electrode comprises 0.05-3 wt.% graphene, graphene derivative, oxidized graphene and/or conductive metal particles. USE - Used as multilayer ceramic capacitor of graphene outer electrode structure. ADVANTAGE - The capacitor has high reliability by improving strength, moisture resistance and electrical characteristics.
