NOVELTY - A three-dimensional structure titanium dioxide-graphene oxide nanocomposite in situ polymerization doped polyimide film preparing method involves taking tetrabutyl titanate as the titanium source, utilizing precipitate- titanium dioxide-graphene oxide nanocomposite by impregnation of the three-dimensional structures, N, N'-dimethylacetamide, 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether and 3,3', 4,4'- biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride, mixing, stirring the reaction to give a casting solution followed by coating casting solution on a glass plate, placing into an oven, heating, cooling at room temperature. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional structure titanium dioxide-graphene oxide nanocomposite in situ polymerization doped polyimide film. ADVANTAGE - The film has high gas permeability, and can be prepared in simple and easy manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A three-dimensional structure titanium dioxide-graphene oxide nanocomposite in situ polymerization doped polyimide film preparing method involves taking tetrabutyl titanate as the titanium source, utilizing precipitate- titanium dioxide-graphene oxide nanocomposite by impregnation of the three-dimensional structures, N, N'-dimethylacetamide, 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether and 3,3', 4,4'- biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride, mixing, stirring the reaction until the viscosity reached 280-320 mPa.s, to give a casting solution followed by coating casting solution on a glass plate, placing into an oven at 120-160 degrees C in a heat treatment for 0.5-1.5 hours, heating at 300-400 degrees C for 1-3 hours, cooling at room temperature to obtain product.
