NOVELTY - Nano-fluorescent probe solution, is claimed. A nano-fluorescent probe is dispersed in the nano-fluorescent probe solution. The nano-fluorescent probe comprises nano-fluorescent particles and targeting molecules that are coupled on a surface of the nano-fluorescent particles. Cell-types of liver-specific cells are pre-selected. Targeting molecules can be used for targeting liver-specific cells. The nano-fluorescent probe solution comprises an anti-freezing substance. A concentration of the anti-freezing substance is sufficient to maintain the nano-fluorescent probe solution in a liquid state at low freezing point temperature. USE - The nano-fluorescent probe solution is useful as fluorescent marker, which is useful for multi-color fluorescent labeling and imaging of liver-specific cells in liver slice at low freezing point (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-fluorescent probe solution realizes immunofluorescence labeling of liver cells at low freezing point based on nano-fluorescent probe. The method is fast, simple, convenient and efficient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for multi-color fluorescent labeling and imaging of liver-specific cells, comprising pre-labeling cells with primary antibody on liver slice, labeling cells with nano-fluorescent probe solution at low freezing point temperature, and carrying-out tomography on liver slice.
