NOVELTY - Producing polyvinyl chloride -based graphene conductive luxury vinyl tile floor comprises (a) adding the surface treatment agent to the grapheme and performing the first mixing to obtain graphene particles, (b) adding polyvinyl chloride resin powder, wood powder, nano-calcium filler, plasticizing regulator, environmentally-friendly stabilizer, processing auxiliary agent, lubricant and graphene particles and performing the second mixing to obtain a mixture, (c) performing multi-stage molding treatment on the mixed material under the variable temperature state to obtain a hard material board and (d) wrapping and cutting the hard material board to produce polyvinyl chloride -based graphene conductive luxury vinyl tile floor. USE - The method is useful for producing polyvinyl chloride -based graphene conductive luxury vinyl tile floor. ADVANTAGE - The method: realizes by improving the production formula and process; improves the uniformity of the hard material board through temperature control and multi-stage forming treatment; reduces the production steps; improves the performance of the floor by adding graphene particles and improves the tensile, wear-resistant, anti-static and bending performance and expand its application range.
