NOVELTY - Rapid granulation device comprises storage tank (9), which is fixedly installed on bottom frame (1) by bolts. A solution tank (3) is fixedly installed on bottom frame by bolts. A supporting frame (13) is fixedly installed above bottom frame by bolts. A mixing tank (15) is hingedly mounted on supporting frame. The upper end of mixing tank is integrally formed with feeding pipe communicating with inside of mixing tank. A liquid injection pump communicating with inside of solution tank is fixedly installed on solution tank by bolts. The output end of liquid injection pump is communicated with inside of storage tank. A controller is connected to liquid injection pump, conveying motor, direction adjusting motor, first stirring motor, second stirring motor, first heater, pressurizing push rod, second electromagnetic valve, first electromagnetic valve, second heater, lifting push rod, third stirring motor, rotating motor and material valve. USE - The device is useful for producing graphene materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device: realizes the rapid mixing of raw materials; separates the raw material mixing and extrusion processes of the device to ensure that the mixed materials can be continuously supplied to the extrusion process; pressurizes and extrudes the material conveyed by the conveying pipe through the pressurizing pipe and pressurizing push rod; increases the extrusion pressure of the raw material; and improves the production efficiency.
