▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The system has a flexible composite structure (1) provided with a conductive polymer poly 3,4-ethyl dioxythiophene, a sulfate film and a graphene layer. The flexible composite structures are arranged opposite to each other. A bias voltage controller (3) and a temperature sensor (4) are arranged on a surface of the flexible compound structure located at a lower end. The bias voltage controllers and the temperature sensor are electrically connected with a computer (2). USE - Conductive polymer based near field heat exchanger system for solar cell, thermoelectric and thermal photovoltaic component. ADVANTAGE - The system organically controls the graphene field heat exchanger by using the flexible characteristics of the conductive polymer and the double-curve characteristics the dielectric constant so as to detect surface temperature of the flexible composite structure by the temperature sensor. The system ensures that a bias voltage controller controls the chemical potential energy of the graphene performing feedback control adjustment by a computer so as to realize dynamic control of heat exchange of a near field heat exchange system.
