▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene composite non-woven fabric has a non-woven fabric base layer (1) whose top part is coated with a graphene coating (2) and bottom part is coated with a bonding layer (3). A bottom part of the bonding layer is fixedly installed with a flame retardant layer (4). USE - Used as graphene composite non-woven fabric. ADVANTAGE - The grapheme: has good heat-conducting property; realizes rapid heat dissipation; and can generate strong dispersion interaction with phospholipid molecule on the bacterial cell membrane. When the graphene contacts the bacterial cell membrane, it can induce the phospholipid molecule on the cell membrane to separate from the cell and climb the surface of the biomass graphene, so as to realize large scale direct extraction of the phospholipid molecule on the cell membrane by graphene, destroy the cell membrane of bacteria, and kill bacteria by physical action. The cotton velvet is set on the contact surface with the skin of human body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing the fabric, comprising: (i) making non-woven fabric base layer by spunlace, thermal bonding, needling, air flow spraying net and/or melt spraying methods using polypropylene fiber, Terylene (RTM: Synthetic polyester fiber), chinlon and/or polyethylene fiber; (ii) making flame retardant layer by spunlace, thermal bonding, needling, air flow spraying net and/or melt spraying using polyethylene; (iii) making bonding layer using polyvinylidene fluoride, polytetrafluoroethylene and/or polyvinyl chloride, and bonding non-woven fabric base layer and flame retardant layer through bonding layer; (iv) uniformly mixing 3-5 wt.% graphene, 0.3-1 wt.% antioxidant, 30 wt.% bonding agent i.e. glue and sufficient aqueous solution, and ball milling to obtain slurry i.e. graphene coating; and (v) uniformly coating surface of non-woven fabric base layer with slurry, drying, and forming roll to obtain graphene composite non-woven fabric.
