NOVELTY - A MPP octagonal cable protection tube comprises 90-100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material, 80-100 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 10-20 pts. wt. nano-active calcium carbonate, 5-6 pts. wt. graphene, 10-12 pts. wt. toughening agent, 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 3-4 pts. wt. lubricant, 5-8 pts. wt. impact modifier, 15-25 pts. wt. flame retardant and 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. toner. USE - MPP octagonal cable protection tube. ADVANTAGE - The antioxidant makes the prepared MPP octagonal cable protective tube having excellent oxidation resistance and anti-corrosion effect, and is capable of avoiding oxidation or aging of the MPP octagonal cable protection tube exposed to harsh environments for long time. The toughening agent improves toughness of the MPP octagonal cable protection tube, so as to improve the aging resistance, cold resistance and impact resistance of the MPP octagonal cable protection tube. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of the MPP octagonal cable protection tube, which involves: (a) heating the PVC material to melt to obtain molten material, adding the molten material to nano-active calcium carbonate in stirring device, mixing and stirring for 20 minutes, and maintaining the temperature at 50°C to obtain mixed material; (b) mixing acrylic resin, graphene, toughening agent, antioxidant, lubricant, impact modifier, flame retardant and toner to the mixed material, stirring for 30 minutes, and maintaining the temperature at 60°C to obtain molding raw material; and (c) injecting the molding raw material into screw extruder, controlling the temperature between 300-320°C, plasticizing and granulating the molding raw material, cooling and drying, forming by molding machine, cutting by cutting machine according to size specifications, and sending to flaring machine for flaring.
