▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Reduced graphene oxide-reinforced zinc-based medical material comprises a zinc matrix and reduced graphene oxide, where mass percentage of reduced graphene oxide is 0.05 to 0.2 wt.%. USE - Reduced graphene oxide-reinforced zinc-based medical material. ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene oxide-reinforced zinc-based medical material enhances the mechanical properties of the zinc matrix by fine-grain strengthening. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing reduced graphene oxide-reinforced zinc-based medical material, which involves: (A) distributing zinc powder and the reduced graphene oxide powder to the raw material group; (B) obtaining mixed powder by ball milling under the protection of an inert atmosphere, where ball milling speed is 240-360 r/min, and the ball milling time is 2-4 h; and (C) subjecting mixed powder obtained to laser selective melting and forming under the protection of an inert atmosphere to obtain a reduced zinc oxide-based zinc-based medical material, where the laser selective melting condition is: controlling the laser power to be 80-160 W, scanning rate is 200-500mm/s, the spot size is 60-80 mu m, the thickness of the powder layer is 50-60 mu m, and the scanning pitch is 50-70 mu m.
