NOVELTY - High-temperature resistant nano self-cleaning special functional coating comprises 22 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 21 pts. wt. boron carbide, 5 pts. wt. aluminum phosphate solution, graphene powder, 5 pts. wt. molybdenum powder, 5 pts. wt. tantalum powder, 5 pts. wt. niobium, 5 pts. wt. tungsten powder, 4 pts. wt. pre-filming agent, 20 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, and 8 pts. wt. epoxy resin heating curing agent, The raw materials are processed by nano-ultrasonic dispersion, high-temperature prefabrication, and mixed to obtain a finished paint. USE - Used as high-temperature resistant nano self-cleaning special functional coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: makes the device and instruments not stick to metal liquid and slag under high temperature; has no effect on the smelting metal composition, and the coating can withstand high temperature up to 2200 degrees C for a long time; can be repeatedly operated for more than 10 hours; and is ready-to-use on site.
