NOVELTY - Rotary graphene peeling device comprises a rotary cylinder, where the upper part of the rotary cylinder is set with a top cover, and the bottom part of the rotary cylinder is set with a bottom cover. The upper part of the top cover is provided with a feed inlet. The bottom part of the bottom cover is provided with a discharge port. The inner side of the rotary cylinder is connected with the feed inlet. The outer side of the rotary cylinder is connected with a first motor useful for driving rotary cylinder in horizontal rotation. The rotary cylinder is further provided with an inner cylinder. USE - The rotary graphene peeling device is useful in graphene production system for producing graphene (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Rotary graphene peeling device comprises a rotary cylinder, where the upper part of the rotary cylinder is set with a top cover, and the bottom part of the rotary cylinder is set with a bottom cover. The upper part of the top cover is provided with a feed inlet. The bottom part of the bottom cover is provided with a discharge port. The inner side of the rotary cylinder is connected with the feed inlet. The outer side of the rotary cylinder is connected with a first motor useful for driving rotary cylinder in horizontal rotation. The rotary cylinder is further provided with an inner cylinder. The bottom part of the rotary cylinder is set with a second motor useful for driving the rotation of inner cylinder and rotary cylinder in opposite direction in horizontal level. The upper part of inner cylinder is shrinked to a certain cone angle. A material storage space is set between the upper parts of the rotary cylinder. The lower part of the inner cylinder is matched with the lower part of the rotary cylinder useful for grinding the graphite sheet. The gap between the lower part of inner cylinder and rotary cylinder axially descend downwards along the rotary cylinder. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene production system, comprising (a) the rotary graphene peeling device, (b) a material storage tank used for collecting and allowing to stand the rotary graphene peeling device discharged product, (c) a centrifuge used for centrifuging the material storage tank suspension and separating the graphene peel and un-peeled graphite, (d) a vacuum filtration device used for filtering and washing the centrifuged supernatant and (e) a freeze-drying device used for drying the vacuum-filtered graphene; and (2) producing graphene using the graphene production system, comprising (i) passing the graphite flake, solvent and dispersant into the rotary graphene peeling device and rotating with a rotary cylinder speed of 50-300 rotations/minute and inner cylinder speed of 50-300 rotations/minute until all materials pass out from discharge port, then closing the first and the second motor, (ii) allowing the graphene suspension to discharge from the graphene peeling device into the material storage tank, and allowing it to stand for 12-24 hours, (iii) conveying the graphene suspension into the centrifuge to carry out centrifugation at 1000-6000 rotations/minute for 10 minutes to 2 hours, collecting the supernatant and passing it into the vacuum filter device to obtain filter cake, and (iv) washing the filter cake with distilled water, then drying in a freeze-drying machine for 3 hours.
