▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene compound involves adding graphite into solution containing sulfuric acid, washing the graphite with an aqueous solution containing sulfate or an organic solvent after adding, forming expanded graphite from the graphite after washing, and performing ultrasonic treatment on the expanded graphite. USE - Manufacture of graphene compound for manufacturing secondary battery (claimed) in the form of coin and cylindrical e.g. lithium-ion secondary battery and capacitor for semiconductor device e.g. electro-optical device, semiconductor circuit, and electronic device for vehicle e.g. hybrid vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, economical, safety and efficient, and enables manufacture of graphene compound having excellent electrical characteristics of high conductivity and excellent physical property of high flexibility and high mechanical strength.
