NOVELTY - Heat-resistant flame-retardant control cable comprises a heat-resistant flame-retardant sheath, a shielding layer, multiple inner cable core and a reinforcing core in order from the outside to the inside. The reinforcing core is located at the center of the control cable, and multiple inner cable core array is distributed on the outer side of the reinforcing core. The gap between the reinforcing core and the inner cable core is filled with a filling layer. The raw material of the heat-resistant flame-retardant sheath comprises 60-100 pts. wt. PVC resin, 10-60 pts. wt. plasticizer, 20-40 pts. wt. ceramic agent, 40-100 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 2-30 pts. wt. flame retardant, 2-10 pts. wt. stabilizer, 0.2-2 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-5 pts. wt. lubricant and 0.2-1 pts. wt. antioxidant. The PVC resin is composed of PVC resin with the average degree of 1300 and PVC resin of 1500, and the weight ratio is (3-1):1. USE - Used as heat-resistant flame-retardant control cable. ADVANTAGE - The cable has improved weather resistance and heat resistance, which can prevent flame spread and secondary damage in flame.
