NOVELTY - Preparing polymer based damping material with local orientation arrangement structure comprises (1) orderly adding the interface modifier agent and inorganic particles into the dispersant for ultra-wave oscillation, filtering the product, drying, preparing the inorganic particle powder after processing, (2) vacuum dehydrating the isocyanate polyol, adding the dehydrated polyol, reacting, (3) adding polar modifier to the prepared prepolymer, reacting, placing pre-treated inorganic particles and curing agent in ultrahigh frequency oscillator, uniformly dispersing and pouring into a mold and (4) applying alternating current or direct current to the sample in the mold in width or thickness direction, continuously curing for 3-24 hours and demolding after solidifying to obtain the polymer-based damping material with local directional arrangement structure. USE - The materials useful in the fields of precision manufacturing, aerospace, road and bridge construction, environmental protection and noise reduction. ADVANTAGE - The method: adopts pre-treatment of inorganic particles, optimizing polarization voltage and controlling the viscosity of prepolymers, which overcomes the phenomenon of agglomeration or local defects caused by traditional electric field modification methods; improves the dispersion of inorganic particles in the polymer and the response efficiency of directional arrangement and is simple. The material has significantly improved damping performance and electrical performance in the direction of local orientation; is suitable for mass production and has broad application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polymer based damping material with local orientation arrangement structure comprises (1) Pre-treating Inorganic Particles: orderly adding the interface modified agent and inorganic particles into the dispersant for ultra-wave oscillation for 10-30 minutes, filtering the product, drying at 50-90degrees Celsius, until the product is constant weight, preparing the inorganic particle powder after processing, (2) preparing polymer prepolymer: vacuum dehydrating the isocyanate polyol at 80-100degrees Celsius for 3-4 hours, adding the dehydrated polyol, reacting for 2-3 hours under the protection condition of nitrogen at 60-80degrees Celsius to obtain the polyurethane prepolymer, (3) preparing polymer-based damping material: adding polar modifier to the prepared prepolymer under the condition of 50-60degrees Celsius, reacting for 10-30 minutes, placing pre-treated inorganic particles and curing agent in ultrahigh frequency oscillator for 1-10 minutes under the assistance of the ultra-high frequency oscillator, uniformly dispersing and pouring into a mold and (4) Polarization of the product: applying alternating current or direct current to the sample in the mold in width or thickness direction under the condition of 30-70degrees Celsius, through positive and negative electrodes with metal electrode plate with uniform distribution hole structure, along the length of the sample, raising the temperature to 70-90degrees Celsius, continuously curing for 3-24 hours and demolding after solidifying to obtain the polymer-based damping material with local directional arrangement structure.
