NOVELTY - Graphene antistatic coating comprises 40-50 pts. wt. antistatic graphene dispersion, 1-2 pts. wt. 2-thiol benzimidazole, 7-9 pts. wt. organic calcium carbonate, 3-5 pts. wt. allyl polyethylene glycol, 130-160 pts. wt. high density polypropylene and 1-2 pts. wt. glyceryl tristearate. USE - Graphene antistatic coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene antistatic coating has good mechanical stability, high surface strength of the coating film, and superior comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene antistatic coating, which involves: (A) mixing 2-thiol benzimidazole and antistatic graphene dispersion liquid; (B) stirring uniformly; (C) adding glyceryl tristearate; (D) stirring uniformly; (E) filtering and washing the filter cake with water; (F) drying at normal temperature to obtain modified graphene; (G) taking organic calcium carbonate, modified graphene and allyl polyethylene glycol; (H) raising the temperature to 60-70 degrees C; (I) adding high-density polypropylene; (J) keeping temperature and stirring for 10-20 minutes; (K) feeding into the extruder; (L) melting and extruding; (M) cooling and granulating; and (N) sieving to obtain the graphite antistatic coating.
