▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nano-carbon doped shaped phase change energy storage coating is prepared by (1) modifying polyethylene glycol with a silane coupling agent to have multiple silanol groups at both ends of the molecular chain, (2) synthesizing a hydrophilic silane coupling dispersant and preparing a nano-carbon material dispersion, (3) mixing the product obtained in step (1) with the dispersion liquid obtained in step (2) to obtain a composite coating and (4) constructing the coating obtained in step (3) to obtain a phase change energy storage coating. USE - The coating is useful in applications of building insulation, fabric energy storage and equipment insulation. ADVANTAGE - The coating adopts the simple method which is easy to implement, can be constructed by spraying, dipping and brushing and can obtain phase change energy storage profiles, can quickly form a film after construction, is easy to prepare on a large scale and has high reactivity, fast heat transfer rate and excellent stability.
