NOVELTY - Intermittent production device comprises raw material preparing device and a reaction device, a discharging end of the raw material preparation device connected to the reaction device. The raw material preparing device comprising raw material for melting the polyamide monomer and mixed with graphite raw material melting kettle, and the raw material melting kettle provided with a high shear emulsifying machine and an ultrasonic disperser. USE - The intermittent production device is useful for graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can solves the problem that the graphene composite material in large-scale industrial production and bad dispersibility, can capable of efficiently dispersing the graphene in the polyamide thus to obtain graphene composite material with good dispersibility, and excellent various properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the graphene composite material, comprising adding the polyamide monomer and graphite alkene material into the raw material melting kettle for melting, and under the combined action of high shear emulsifying and ultrasonic dispersing machine for peeling and dispersing and mixing to obtain the mixed material, and conveying the mixed material to the reaction device for polymerizing to obtain the grapheme composite material.
