NOVELTY - An integrated hydrogen sensor consists of substrate, heating electrode, thermal-insulation layer, detecting electrode, metal oxide film deposited on detecting electrode, noble metal particles deposited on surface of metal oxide film and graphene film coated on deposited noble metal particles. The heating electrode is provided on the substrate. The thermal-insulation layer is provided between the heating electrode and detecting electrode. USE - Integrated hydrogen sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The integrated hydrogen sensor has high hydrogen-detecting sensitivity and selectivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of integrated hydrogen sensor.
