NOVELTY - A thermally conductive material contains 30-70 wt.% silicone polymer, 30-70 wt.% graphite fragments and 0-10 wt.% graphene. The graphite fragments have a thickness of 5-50 mu m and a length of 30-300 mu m. USE - Thermally conductive material is useful in thermally conductive element (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of thermally conductive material, which involves weighing silicone polymer, graphite fragments and graphene and then uniformly mixing, and melting; and (2) thermally conductive element, which contains thermally conductive material.
